Dr. Lisanne Brown will be leading a discussion on gender inequalities and HIV/AIDS in Africa. Dinner will be served!

We will be accepting donations in honor of your Valentine from 11AM-2PM, Monday, 2/9 through Friday, 2/13. Tribute cards will be mailed or can be picked up at the table! Come see us!

As part of Raising Awareness Week (RAW), Tulane's FACE AIDS chapter will set up a demonstration on the LBC quad that features the faces and stories of those affected by HIV/AIDS locally and globally. Pictures and profiles will be hung from strings suspended between stakes all along the perimeter of the quad.

The message? Lives are on the "Line"

As part of the Diseases in Poverty Event, we will be tabling under Stern on April 1, 2009. RESULTS is sponsoring a day on tuberculosis and to go with this theme FACE AIDS Tulane will hand out educational material about those suffering from co-infection of HIV and TB.

FACE AIDS Tulane is excited to have our FIRST general meeting to welcome new and old members. We will have volunteer opportunities for NO/AIDS Walk, back to school tabling, and freshman can apply to be on the executive board! Everyone is welcome!
